They took more time talking on the phones then answering our questions standing at desk in front of them. Rude even when they did talk to us. We found a dog we wanted to adopt, we filled out paperwork then told it’s on hold for a day. We waited no word from them then two weeks later that poor dog is still there and they raised the price $50.00. Still they never contacted us. We even donated medication to the dogs and was treated like this. Never go here

We would like to thank Amy and the rest of the Staff at the Flagler Humane Society for taking such good care of our two dogs through their safekeeping program. It allowed our dogs a safe place to stay where they were well taken care of and prevented us from having to put them up for adoption. We are so appreciative and grateful for their help. The staff is friendly, caring, loving, and are doing such a great job! Thank you for all you do!

The staff at Flagler Humane Society puts their hearts and souls into their shelter. It is incredibly difficult to work at a place that deals with innocent animals who have faced abuse and neglect. But those people give it their all and work so hard every day for their animals.

Had my yorkie spayed at Flagler and what a great experience. All the employees there were so good with our little girl. One of the girls held my pet for an hour to sooth her as she was crying after coming out of anesthesia.I highly recommend this facility.

We just wanted to thank you very much! We adopted Dottie about 6 months ago and we are so happy with our sweet girl. She is so well adjusted and adorable. She picks a different bed to sleep in each night and has a great fenced yard to play and sunbath in. She is a wonderful addition to our family. Everyone at the shelter was so helpful to us and patient. They helped us find Dottie who was a perfect match for us as we enjoy our retirement. Thank you all ! Dottie thanks you to! P&C, palm coast

I also adopted a dog from there and he had an ear infection. This was maybe 4 years ago. It has taken forever to get him straight. They want to make you fill out all these papers making sure you are a fit family for a pet, but they are not making sure the pets are healthy to go home with a family. I did not take my dog back and only called to tell them about it but reading this review really upsets me so here is my story. Make sure you check you pet well and ask for some kind of health certificat maybe.
