        It's been over 4 months since...

        It's been over 4 months since my mother passed away. We had her cremated at Forest Hills and had paid up front for her plaque for the wall. They said that the plaque would be placed in 6-8 weeks. Still till no avail, no plaque. E-mails, phone calls, still have not resolved this issue. I would think twice about this unprofessional organization if you are looking to bury a loved one.
