Crystal Reception Hall

Pending Formal Complaint - It has been over TWO MONTHS &I haven't recieved my security deposit back. I REFUSE to reccomend Crystal Reception Hall. He has refused to communicate with me, and so I finally called from a co-workers phone and he talked to me. He is currently withholding my $500 Refundable Security Deposit because 2 linens had melted wax on them and are "damaged". I asked him to tell me how much that would cost... but he would not. He said it takes about month for a "report", which he still has not sent to me. He has been the worst vendor I had to deal with. He has Terrible communication. I had to hound him to follow up on quotes I had asked him for using the hall Rehearsal Dinner. Originally quoted $60 for labor, then received completely different price. I asked for a Price difference to cut alcohol, apparently it was $100 less for 3 hours alcohol for 75 people. I was charged for a full 75 guests even though 10 of those were under 21.
