The technician, James has done work on my water system a few times over the years. He is very professional and knowledgeable about water systems. I am very happy with the service James and the entire company provides.

James and his helper Rob did an amazing job . They were on time and I could not be happier . They replaced my water system that was only 3 years old and nothing but trouble. I have the best water ever! They even placed an emergency repair till they could do the install. Very happy !!!

I had a 3/4 HP pump installed by James and Victor and I am completely satisfied with the result. Pump is quite and I have peace of mind now. James and Victor are professionals at what they do, and these two guys have the greatest personality money can buy. I think the money I paid for a new pump and pressure switch is reasonable. Craig you have a great company and crew, and we need this kind of business in Palm Bay. Thank you again!

I noticed some things about the water quality and found The Water Man via a web search. I called and had some questions which were answered by Craig, who is the owner. I set up an appointment. I am one that usually calls around to get pricing as well as to get "a feel" for the company. I was comfortable with our conversation and did not call anyone else.



When Craig, again who is the owner, and Will showed up, they were on time, clean and friendly. As they were evaluating my system, I had a bunch of questions that the answers were clear and easily understood. Once the evaluation was done and they started their servicing my system, they explained what and why they were doing what was being done.



At the conclusion of the service call, they informed me of things to do to maintain my system, the water was clearly of much better quality, and the work area clean.

These guys are the best. For the last month my water has been turning off randomly for up to 2 days at a time. Another plumber told me it looked like my well was starting to cave since it was 30 years old, so best to hook up to city water.....great $5,000.00 I have been stressing out over for a month. After taking to Ryan while getting my weekly water refills, I decided to get a second opinion. Today James and Austin came to the house...a $22.00 pressure switch fixed my water and well is fine. WHAT !!!!! Love you guys, and will never trust anyone but you for all my water needs. Ryan , thank you for saving me $5,000.00 with your great advice. Marlene B

Got up to no water this morning and was dreading the repair bill, but was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. James came out and got us up in running in no time. Friendly, helpful, and most importantly, he got our water working!

I have had called them two times the first time they got me out of a big jam meet a man named James and also meet Graig there service and personalization was bar to none the best ever I have experience in this county ever. I called them again and again James like always came true in a big way he is not only the most professional down to earth individual but he is honest and what you see its what you get not only he look out for me and my family. They are always very kind and helpful to this old lady when I go in to buy the salts for my water system. Craig has come to my home to fix a broken pvc pipe to the pump and to show me how to care for the equipment. Always very professional and helpful. Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with the installation of my new water system, and reverse osmosis system. James and his assistant Darren did a great job everything very professional, clean and would definitely recommend this company. Also Ryan did a great job of setting everything up, with no waiting.

I have been doing business with Craig, The Waterman for years and would never use anyone else. Tonight (fri) I went to his shop at 4:50 pm and asked the guys how to change out a pressure switch. It looked a bit overwhelming. Craig had just walked in the shop and said, "let's go. " He came out to my house and took care of the pressure switch and some other issues that i was unaware of. How many people would drop what they were doing and take care of a customer after hours on a Friday night? And very reasonable I might add. Craig and company are some of the most honest, hard working folks I have ever met and I will always be a loyal customer. Thank you Waterman!

Very pleased with this company. Our bladder tank had to be replaced and Craig came and installed a new one. Very courteous and knowledgable. Answered every question my husband and I had.
