I bought a $1000 front load washer from them that lasted exactly 1yr and 3 days. I had thje extended warranty, it took 3 days for the technition to come out but it took another three weeks to hear from them. I went to the store and they would not help. A week later I went in and would not leave until they contacted them. I then got a new washer (So I thought) only washed two loads and started having problems. Called the store and talked to the owner anh said, " call the 800 number" and then he hung up the phone. Semmed very professional until you have problems.
