Briggs Auto Service

This place is very disorganized. Their front office/waiting room is very messy. They said they ordered my part and when i dropped my truck off they said they had no record of my appointment or the ordered part. I decided to leave the truck because the owners daughter, who was late to work and the owner admits this is a regular occurance, made my appointment and the owner admits that he and his daughter are both bad about loosing their notes. I came back only to be treated poorly and told he doesn't want to do anything for me dispite it being his fault for loosing the information. He and his buisness are a major waist of my time and hopefully not your's!
