I moved from Chicago to Los Angeles.
Chris was the person who I talked by telephone, and he estimated my move was 1178. Instead I ended up paying 1800, because he did not add into the description the numbers of floors, and I got charged extra in the pick up and in the delivery. I did gave all the information to him, but he did not included so I got charged extra 600 dollars!!!
I will not recommend them!

It was my first time moving since I recently moved out of my friends place to my own apartment. I was inexperienced in moving and needed an experienced moving company. Trans United Van Lines was truly everything I needed. They were there to make my move not only excellent but the best you can find around. The guys here did a great job from the beginning till the end of the move. My furniture was moved in such a way that nothing was broken or damage.I needed a highly efficient moving company to handle the move very fast in order for me to go back having fun with my friends. Thankfully, I got Trans United Van Lines who promised the best and actually delivered the best. The truck operated by Wayne and his crew was clean and well kept with all the proper equipment. This is my first time of having a moving company delivering what they promised. I recommend Trans United Van Lines to everyone who want to have well organized move.

I recently was in a situation that I needed help moving in a lst minute scenario. I was referred to this place by a friend and my was I surprised. They went above and beyond on making sure I made my deadline. Everyone was extremely helpful and was patient as I was somewhat nervous and anxious.

James was amazingly helpful! He not only made sure I got my initial order in correctly, but he personally went beyond means to make sure I was ok. His ability to convey great customer service and empathy had me anxious to pleasantly happy and leaving like it was my brthday. Thank you James. You are great!

Lastly, I would recommend this company to EVERYONE. you will not regret it. and dont forget. Ask for James if you have the option. Hes the best!

Wow what a relief to have this move over with I really appreciate the crew at Trans United and Clay who was a joy to work with and a true professional thanks so much guys and keep up the good work.

These guys really rocked they took apart my beds, took the feet of sofas, wrapped all my furniture up then stored my stuff for a month before delivering to my new home. The service was top notch from start to finish and clay the representative that assisted me was very accommodating and informative. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing a solid moving service.

I was in a rush to move due a job transfer I needed to find a mover within 2 weeks. I was nervous due to horror stories i've heard luckily I chose the right company.Their movers were very professional as was their customer service and my agent Chris that was very helpful through the entire process. Next move I make I will be booking with Trans United.

Not only was the company early for the appointment made, but they showed up ready to work. It was so stress relieving having one less thing on my plate at moving time. The price was affordable and the employees were nothing but professional from customer service setting the appointment to the workers who helped load and unload the truck. If I ever move again, this will be my first stop in planning a moving service.

Oh my the mover were so nice i was in contact with Josh from the start and Chris the dispatch manager i was referenced from my job i was in contact with a whole bunch of different moving companies gave me a headache . but trans united was there from the start they kept my price the same as promised by Josh and thats all i was worried about because i was on a strict budget .. the delivery came faster then i thought and they fix my mothers bed and mines and furnish the entire home . i would always recommend this company.

The movers and the staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of good honest workers. They wrapped up the furniture nicely and they were diligent in the service from start to end. Keep up the good work Trans United
