I've used this place 3 times so far. The first time was OK. The cost of cleaning was cheaper than the others. The quality of cleaning, on the other hand, needs so much improvement. So, when my wife asked me to take 8 of her clothes to a cleaner, I thought I could save some money by going here. BIG MISTAKE!!! I picked up all the clothes and told by my wife that the clothes smelled so bad. So, I opened the rest of the clothes and smelled. Wow. Every single clothes smelled so bad like it's been cleaned with bad water. Very sweaty smell. Like it has not been dried properly. So, I took everything and demanded to be re-cleaned at no charge. So, they did. When I went to pick up the re-cleaned clothes, they smell bad, just like before. So, I asked the girl that was there to get refund and she said they do not give refunds. Actually, she told me that I should be grateful that they re-cleaned at no charge. Are you kidding me? She said smelled the clothes when I first returned and she said she did not smell anything bad. I just looked at her and said I wanted to talk to the owner and asked for the telephone number. She said she will have him call. I wonder how many days before i need to call because I did not get a call from the owner. Now I think about it, I don't think they ever re-cleaned and lied to me.



It's a bad place. I will never go back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.
