Since 1998 Fremont Hills Dental Centre has been a part of the Ozark community. The beautiful state-of-the art facility is home to two dentists and a certified staff.         Poor dental care..unecessary charges. I was told my bridge needed replaced 3 years ago by Dr. Tellez. I still haven't replaced it and working fine. Dr Lee said reevaluate the situation.

        Excellent dental care at a good price

        Dr Tellez has a very organized office and excellent staff which allows him to have the best prices in town and does not charge for every little detail. In addition he has a genuine concern for his patients. Fremont Hills Dental Centre delivers excellent dental care at a good price.

        The Dr and nurses were very kind. My daughter had a bad experience with another dentist and Dr Tellez and team sat with her for 30 minutes. The second time she came they treated her like family. I will always go to them,
