I have been a long term customer since 2008, I currently reside in my birth place which is about 10 hours away and when my father died in 2008 I came across this business during the handling of the funeral arrangements etc. yet they worked with me with mailing me what I required but I assume when when they moved locations and became more so known they gave two s#%^ about devotion, all of a sudden with no warning they require me to now drive every time I have to fill up, this is amazing how a company can do a total 360 on you... If I would have know how phony unreliable this place of business was I would have NEVER given a dollar I can not imagine if all companies where like this in America. So it's ok for the locals but out of towners this place is a no go!!! Btw the new owner who once took the calls seems to be busy these days to even respond to VM and message left to her staff to give to her...too funny

I have been coming to this place for 2 years. It took me 4 months to lose 50 lbs and I have been able to maintain. Now I am mostly going for maintenance and to get a booster shot before I work out and to talk to Ms.Tish. She listens and tries to help even if they do not have anything to do with losing weight per say. I looked at the previous person's review and must say I don't have that experience at all - waiting for a long time. Once and a while you have the occasional person that seems to throw a fit because they feel like they have to be seen right when they walk in - YET they never even scheduled an appointment. Everyone is really really trying and doing a good job overall. Thank you Decalo for helping me change my life. I forgot to say I am getting married next year - he just popped the question but I guess I will tell everyone when I come in in a couple weeks. Thank y'all.

The weight loss doctor is very smart and helpful, if you can get past the unprofessional staff! I would always show up early to my appointments and was never seen on time. I have filled out a medical records release form, by law my records should have been sent to my new doctor in 30 days. They haven't been yet and no one will call me back to let me know what is going on! The nurses don't appear to be trained, one asked me how much B12 I got injected with the week prior, like I was supposed to remember. They advertise no commitment, and no pressure, but will call and harrass you to come back in months later. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Simply put, Decalo's therapy WORKS. Their coaches are inspiring and their methods are effective. I've lost 22 pounds since starting with them a month ago. It hasn't been easy, but it's SO been worth it. It's nice to have the personalized attention they give you too, so you know that you're not just following some generic formula, you're incorporating a therapy that's been tailored to you. Their trainers are awesome in that respect - they figure out what you need to work on and then they help you achieve your goals.

I decided that I needed to make a change in my life health-wise, and it was great to have someone behind me supporting my decision. And not just my friends, who were all, "That's awesome, I'm so happy for you! Let's go to Pizza Hut." People who actually lived the kind of life I was trying to and showed me how to do it. They were great. I've lost 34 pounds with Decalo Weight Loss and, honestly, I look like a totally different person. I FEEL like a completely new person. And I LOVE it!

This place has the BEST attitude about weight loss of anyone I've ever been too. They stay positive, and they only allow in clients who have the same mindset. It is okay to get discouraged sometimes, and they help pick you back up when you do. It's just all about encouraging one another and yourself and making you feel good about yourself and what you're accomplishing. I come here not just to lose weight anymore... it's a nice self-esteem booster, talking to them. :)

Fantastic! I've lost 19 pounds in the last three weeks working with them. The appetite suppressant I was subscribed has worked wonders in helping me control my cravings, and that alone has been a big help in the weight loss. The doctor is amazing - he completely understood my goals and how to get me there. I've been so thrilled with everything about this place, and the results speak for itself!

This place is so unprofessional! The staff sucks and they barely know what the heck they are doing! My blood pressure is usually low which is normal for me and the 'girl' gave me blood pressure medication! WTH? after I questioned her about it she said, 'oh, you might not need this.' i have never seen a doctor. They are horrible and it's really bad because theybare going to really hurt somebody. This is a quack business preying on people who want to lose weight. Thankfully I am not there for weight loss only-I need energy mores than anything! I swear it's not worth it. Ghetto-unfabulous! Just go somewhere that is a more reputable company like Dr. Proctor 3018396300 or just go to the gym!

You should try it, If you follow the program you will definately loose the weight. You must drink the water, and follow to a T the food you should eat. I did it both ways, cheated and still loss weight but not as much as when I didn't cheat. I think those who did not loose the weight did not follow the program. I read the reveiws and I must say, I have asked to see the doctor and I did get a chance to see him on several occasions, He seems to really care and is very good at explaning things to you. On the other hand the office manager is a rude and very impersonable person, i almost did not come back because of her, Why the doctor keeps her is beyond me. But the nurses are nice and after a while they get to know you and encourage you to keep up the good work. You should let the doctor know when you are unhappy, he doesn't know unless we voice it to him. The doctor has moved his office to a new location and I have found it to be a much larger and nicer place. The old office I know for a fact that they tried to keep it as nice as possible but the building manager did not do there job. I would recommend this facility to everyone who wants to loose weight. it's a great place.

I like it. I have lost 12 pounds so far. I have only been doing it for 2 weeks.,. Thats 6 pounds a week. The prices are very good. The more ppl u get the more of a discount u will receieve. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I reccomend them. They even send u a reimender text and phone call a day before your next appt.

I have just started Decalo Weight Loss Therapy 2 weeks ago, and have already lost 8 of my 25 pounds I want to take off. This is the best weight loss program I have ever done. Their techniques have excellent results. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO THERE!

I have been going for a month in a half and have never seen the "actual doctor". I cant even say that these girls working here are even certified! they sit and type into a lap top all your info and give you what ever comes up on the computer. in all reality you are not supervised by a doctor. you pay $54 dollars a week for 7 pills and in all reality you can get a month supply if you go see a doctor. it does seem cheap and easy but dont do it! . i gave them the benifit of the doubt because i wanted to lose weight. But in 6wks I have only lost 4lbs, that is considering I run everyday of the week and i do not drink coked or eat sweets. One of the girls i saw at one of my visits said maybe you are not losing weight because you dont eat bad like all the people that come here. she said most people that come are obese and they eat everything bad, so they need that extra help. i just stared at her not knowing what to say. I was only (taed-measured) the first visit. i never was measured again. when i asked each girl answered different- one said on your 4th visit. another said on your 7th or 8th visit. the girl that you pay before leaving is rude. she never smiles or says hi. you stand there waiting feeling awkward because she is so rude. she just stares at you. when she hands me my card back she doesnt say thankyou or nothing when i schedule for the following week she says what time? i tell her and she just starts typing. never says ok! see you at.... i finally know to walk out after she says that, the first few times i stayed standing there and she just sat there smacking her gum. the rooms are dirty and a few doors are missing the door knobs- there is a towel thru the door holes so that you can pull the door open... i mean home depot is across the street! and how much is a door knob!? but like i said I wanted to lose weight so i gave them the benifit of the doubt. If you go here the only way it would be right is if you were extremely obese- which is what i see when i go. when i have talked to a few girls int he waiting room they even say that they dont work out and just want to eat what they want and not gain anymore weight. .. so idk? its ur money, and its my opinion :) so think about it?....

When I started Decalo I was 189 lbs..sad..unhealthy..8 weeks later I'm 20 lbs lost and still losing...whether thyre Ghetto or not is of no concern to me..I ignore all that and focus on my goal of 20 more lbs to go..I need them to help me since noone else saw my pain not even my own doctor..So I owe them for my renewed selfesteem..I smile more when I see that person looking back at me in the mirror I have to get used to the new me..Thanks Decalo keep on helping ppl just like me..you are saving lives one person at a time and I'm forever grateful..thank you..

I reccomend Decalo weight loss. I went from 172 to 160 in 2 months and after 4 months returned to get more results and I am. The staff engages in conversations with me and makes me feel like im part of the office culture. The price is great compared to Dr. Gupta in Greenbelt's office. I went to Dr. Gupta's office and was not given any detail, asked any questions or followed up with instead it was crowded and quick like a mass anumal injection facility. At Decalo's office I received a consultation and was asked about my sleeping habits, given a sheet for healthy eating, the nurse discussed my portion control, weight, work out habits, the various medications effections and results as well as received updates via text! The new office is more attractive and is more accomodating for client needs however the prior office wasn't bad it was just the buildings entrance that was off putting. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a jumpstart on long term weight loss and weight management because although it can be a quick fix they focus on the long term and not a quick buck AND yes im a real client that had real rolls lol!
