Time Warner Cable

A few weeks ago, their cable guy came over to connect their modem/router. It's so weak that every time I'm off my computer (for more than 3 minutes), my computer disconnects. The cable guy came back -- and I also realized that I couldn't get several t.v. channels that I had been getting. So - he connected another cable wire - but I'm still having problems with my computer. They charged me a connection fee - and $10 extra for their useless modem/router.

The employees are really caring, not like with my former provider. In addition they made it easy for me to pay the different services I needed.
