Sam's Club

This store gives the customer the impression that it is the customer's privilege to wait in long lines at checkout. The store has at least 12 checkout lanes, but during the past several years I have yet to see more than 3 lanes open for business. Customer service is non-existent. Costco does a much better job. If Sam's ever eliminates the self checkout lanes, I will drop my membership.
