I will never go back to this place. The owner was mad at one of the workers. She was late. She hurt me so bad with her jerking methods. Atmosphere was terrible.

Seriously some of the worst service I have ever received at a nail salon. The man that was doing my nails huffed and puffed when I kept telling him I wanted my nails shorter. I've had my nails on for about 3 days and they already feel like I can peel them off of my nail bed. I'm sorry but this place is terrible and I will not be returning.

RIP OFF ALERT! My daughters & I went here while in town. They both got full sets & were sold "gel powder" which, apparently, doesn't actually exists. I needed just a fill for my gel nails. The male owner(?) insisted on soaking off my old gel nails (didn't ask for or want that). After that, the older woman did my fill & I asked her to file the nails down a bit. She did a very poor job leaving nails that look crooked & polish on my skin. When I checked out, she said she would give me a little discount and only charge my $50. $50?!?! The list price for gel fill was $25 and the price for gel polish $5. At most, this should have cost $30. She said I owed for the fill (25), the polish (5), the soak off (10), for filing my nails down (no listed price) and something else I couldn't understand. My fill was costing almost twice as much as a full set! I argued but in the end, I paid and then was asked if I wanted to leave a tip after being so blatantly robbed! I will be filing a BBB complaint.

Service was wonderful and my mani and pedi look great! I was turned away from another salon because it was an hour before closing and they didn't want to work me in. In spite of nail e having two people in front of me they worked me and and were wonderful! Would recommend highly!

I have been going to them for almost 2 years. I have never had a problem and have has been satisfied with my nails. If I do have an issue like a nail breaks or pops off they have always fixed it at no charge for me.

I love this business and everyone there I'd courteous and respectful. I will not go to any other nail shop! Great job Nail E!!

Horrible! I know I will NEVER be going there again! They half way scrubbed, massaged, and painted me, my grandmother, and my aunts feet! They told us we had to pay the 90 dollars! No exceptions! They had their unlicensed sons doing everything but the painting! I have never gotten a pedicure and walked out with ashy feet! The husband was very rude and said it wasn't our business if they were licensed or not! So if that's the case why do you got to school and get a license that has to be posted on the wall of the shop if anyone can paint my toes! Thank goodness it was my family I was getting a pedicure with because we all shared the same unsanitized tools on our feet. He said they just spray them with a little alcohol on them Cuz they can't throw them away. You can sanitize them the proper way though right? Just bad business all together!

I love them!! They're so great. I won't go anywhere to get my nails done but them!!

They girl who did my nails looked like she was 15 at the most. They kept yelling at their kids to stop running around. I got a pedicure and a manicure. The girl was rushing so much she didnt even give me a full pedicure. When she gave me my manicure she cut my finger and blood was all over the tools. All she did was put them up, she did not clean them at all. She couldnt even paint my nails all the way. Part of my nail is still showing. Worst place ever.

This was my first visit. I decided to put the other ratings aside and try it for myself. The service was mediocre. The woman that did my nails was in a hurry the whole time. My hands turned out fine. I asked her to clip my toe nails and she only did the big toes. While my nails were drying, she came over and yanked the foam things that separate your toes off. In doing so, she messed up 3 of my nails. When I pointed it out, she put the blame on me and said, "how did you mess up 3?!" This place is not worth what you're paying at all. Don't waste your time.

Had a few good experiences, but the one that I had today had to be the absolute worst. Manicurist that was to work on my nails was not paying attention to what she was doing. So engrossed in her phone conversation, she ended up spitting my nail bed and removing a large fraction of the total nail. When I told her that I was in pain and that it hurt, she only said sorry and continued to work. It was not what I was looking for. Being the only customer in the shop, there was no reason to rush through my manicure and inflict the injury that she did. I'm seriously debating my future with artificial nails for this reason. I was loving this place, but I do believe I have made my very last appearance here.

I needed a pedicure and everywhere else was too busy and I had work in an hour and a half. I came in and the lady for me right in. It was a little weird because there was a baby in the back and the women kept going back there when it cried.

The lady cut my nails too short so it looks weird having my toes exposed. Then she filed them oval shaped, which I don't like. Normally people file my toes in a square shape.

Ugh. She's painting my nails now. I can't believe I came here. The nails are really freaking short. And it costs $35 for this crap pedicure.

I can't believe it.

If you've never had a pedicure then you may not know the difference. But I have and I came here because I was impatient.

Big mistake.
