        Overall

        I've never had any service from them, but I have bought parts on several occasions. I've always received excellent customer service. One time (on a 90F+ day) they stayed open a half hour late to sell me an $8 capacitor for my A/C. As a mechanic, I know that DIYers can be a pain at times, but they've always been respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I run into a repair that's over my head, this is the first call I'll make.

        Overall

        AC went down during the hottest day of the summer. They came right out and had me cool in 15 minutes.
