i dont know why people say mitch is bad or trys to boost the price he hooked me up more then once getting my Moms rental and van handled from not yet 1 deer but a deer and some dumb drunk that almost killed me and her while driving .....he has also helped me find parts for my older cars and done some welding for me pretty cheap compared to other places. i guess its just how you talk to people and how entitled u feel or act how you get treated.

My experience with this collision shop was the worst. I couldn't believe I had to pay a deductible for not even getting my car back in working order. I will be filling a complaint with my insurance company as well. The owner of the company Rick is a complete scam artist and I wish I had read the other reviews before taking my car here. My experience was awful and I can't even open my passenger door. He was rude when we expressed our unsatisfaction with his work and tried to charge us for the free rental car. This place is a joke customer beware!!!!!
