I want to thank the guys at Muffler Man for doing a great job on my Mom's car. It was leaking antifreeze from the lower intake manifold gaskets. I know from experience that this is a pretty big job on it's own. When they completed, not only did they fix both upper & lower manifold gaskets but changed out the water pump, new plugs, wires, cap, spark plugs as well as an oil & filter change. When first quoted the price to me, it was very reasonable for amount of work needed & there was no mention about the water pump & oil change. They just decided to do that on their own for the same price to ensure she had no further problems. Since I'm way out here in El Paso, TX and not that familiar with Owosso repair shops, I was a bit worried at first where she could get her car repaired but this turned out to be such great service at Muffler Man of Owosso! Scammers!! They werecamazing when I first used them. The last several times they way over charged. Today they charged me 175$ an hour for labor!! Total of 331.13$ to put a starter in my car and they could not explain the over charge! Tracy is a pig headed jurk with little people skills!! Ive spent over 7 grand through them in not even 2 years and ill never return!!!
