Tire House

I called to ask if they bought used tires and the person I spoke to acted like I was a total moron for even bothering him with my question. Quite rude in fact.

I originally went to get my tires rotated and balanced. After an issue with that, I had to contact Sam from Tire House. Sam took care of any issues I had and was very professional throughout the whole ordeal. I ended up buying two new tires from Tire House and Sam went out of his way by installing and balancing them for free. I have shopped at Tire House for years with a few different cars, and I will definitely be back based on his Customer Service when an issue occurred. Thanks again for all your help Sam! I will remain a loyal Customer.

Had a flat tire and found Tire House on Google. When I arrived there the manager was very professional. I decided to get two matching tires because the price was so cheap. They also did mount and balance and rotated my tires. Very quick service was in and out within 20 minutes. Overall would recommend and will defiantly return again when I need to have my tires changed again.

Originally I was towed here! Now, I'm a customer. I have purchased new tires for my mother and used tires for both my sons truck and my car. I have referred many of my friends and feel management there cares about their customers and their employees as well. I will continue to purchase good quality tires from Tire House and save myself some money as well.

DON'T GO HERE. I went in to have a used tire put on after driving in from out of town. First thing is they sold me a bad used tire, I went back to have it replaced and that's when things got really bad. The person working on my car told me he couldn't get the wheel off to check or replace the tire, because he had put it on too tight before. So he probably cross threaded the lug nut or misused the gun. He then broke the head off of my 1999 Mercedes e320, Aircraft quality bolt. After several minutes of them trying to remove the wheel, I told them stop. The GM at tire house then told me that any mechanic could get it off. When I returned home, well lets just say, any mechanic couldn't get it off. I was told to have it welded off or broken and that I would have to replace not just the tire, but the entire rim-costly. When I contacted the GM after returning home to my state, he gave me the cell numbers of two different owners. One a woman and the other a man. Neither showed any real interest in fixing the problem or even suggested a refund of the tire price. Save yourself the trouble and DON'T GO HERE. Nothing but incompetent service people.
