Longer appointments Comprehensive medical care with a physician with 28 years of experience and who is a former Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at OU Knowing what the cost of the common services and tests will be before the visit. E-mail communication for quick questions – normal lab test results, last cholesterol, etc. (no charge) E-mail or phone consultations for established patients for certain concerns – blood pressure readings for those who have high blood pressure, sugar readings for diabetics, simple urinary tract infections, simple pink eye (for an e-visit charge) Quickly returned phone calls Short in office wait times (I am a stickler about being on time)
