I could go on and on about how amazing this alteration shop is. I was new to the area and desperately needed a gown altered. The second I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and appreciated. AND the price point here is unreal. They are so affordable and kind and care about each individual. On top of all of this, they got my entire sequin gown let out in less than a week and took in another dress of mine that day. They do quality, experienced work with love and care. Best small business in Oviedo by far. You will NEVER go anywhere else.

I would highly recommend this place! Great service at great rates. Does all our Boy Scout uniforms for our troop and does a great job with a smile and very reasonable rates.

This place is terrible, in every sense of the word...



1. They made my dress too tight and too short



2. as i was walking down the aisle, the hemming fell out! $53.00 for nothing! I could have hemmed it myself and made it stay put! I did not cause this to happen, I didnt step on it cause it was too short for that to happen!



3. my dress got flithy and ruined cause I had to wear it the whole reception like that. so it was obvious that I was not trying to rip her off!



4. She did NOT refund my money! For her TERRIBLE job....she did NOT treat me with respect...I was not yelling at her or anything...simply talking and explaining.



5. She offered to re-hem the dress....the RUINED, FILTHY, DIRTY dress! Why would I want her service again?!



I would never recommend using this place.
