Ian came to the house for an in home consulting, were originally going to get vertical blinds, but after seeing the woven woods, we decided on them for 5 windows, 4 in living room, dining room, and 1 in home office. Ian measured showed us many samples, and I do mean many. We chose one, he ordered, told us they would be in two weeks, and sure enough they were. He followed through, was very punctual and professional. A pleasure to do business with. And the installer, Daniel, was terrific. As a matter of fact we just contacted Budget Blinds again, and he came out yesterday to measure and order verticals for our Florida Room. Would call them again, again, and again
