There are some good things about this salon but the last review was right on when she says they vacuum while you are getting your service. If you don't want to listen to that.....make the appointment in the middle of the day! I am not sure if there are new owners or not but there should be. The last lady that I believed owned it left me ALONE with the male tech as she left at 7:30pm. I felt okay but was floored she did this. I mentioned this in my call the very next day. This salon has potential so I hope there are new owners. I loved my pedicures I received so they hire good techs. Just be aware of the vacuum! LOL! (And they could ask you to pay up front.)

The Spa is now under new ownership and with a Great Team of new employees! The services are great and they offer the best customer service I have seen out of all the nail salons I have ever been to. I love that this nail salon has a receptionist and all the techs speak english and I can understand them and they understand me! This is also the cleanest salon I have seen so far!

LOVED IT! I called ahead about 15 minutes- got right in- and on a Saturday! They were very nice to me. I was welcomed and they offered me something to drink and took the time to review the menu with me. I chose the Green Tea Pedicure with a French polish. Heidi was my technician and she was very friendly. She was professional and looked after my every comfort. It was the most relaxing 1 hour I have spent for a long time. The pedicure included LOTS of massage, warm towels, a scrub, a leg and foot mask- and was altogether fabulous. I will definitely go back and I will ask for Heidi. Her polish job was precise and looked perfect. The polish seemed fresh and wasn't sticky or gummy like the polish at so many other places. And the salon was CLEAN! Worth every penny.

Wow... I was surprised when I read the other reviews. My friends and I-- 6 of us -- had a fantastic experience. I've been to some of the best spas in the country and can easily say that my pedicure was equal to many. Although a few of the techs have trouble speaking English, none of us had a problem with communicating our requests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. From the moment I booked our appointments to paying our bill we were treated like vips. Yes... it is expensive, and if you're curious and want to check it out inspite of the other reviews -- start small! It's worth it.



On a side note -- and just a thought... remember that all too often people are quick to point out a negative experience just to "get it off their chest." I can't help but wonder how many clients/ customers frequent a place but don't take the time to pass on the positive.

went to enjoy a pedicure and manicure and treat my best friend from out of town. was greeted very rudly by the receoptionist who later find out is part owner. the receptionist interupts my friend and my conversation so she could have me pay, i was told and not asked to do this, because she wanted to close her registar down!!! then she came and interupted again because i was treating my friend and she did not remember that this is what is stated when i booked our appointment. the nail tech for my friend answered his cell phone while he was giving her pedi. what kind of high end salon operates this way?? you expect when you pay above the average price for sevices you would expect above average sevice??? not in this case, we would have been better off going to the walk in salon in your local wal-mart. but it gets better...while we were recieving our manicure the staff started vacumming around us like furniture. my friend and i were in total shock!!! when i contacted the business through myspace i wrote them an email explaining our horrible experience and hope the best in the imporvements they will need to make in order to stay open. i then got a voicemail back from nancy, she stated she was disapointed in me because i did not let her know what a bad time we were having while we were there and that i should had said something!!! hello!! i was with my friend treating her to a bday present the last thing i wanted to do was cause a scene with the strange lady that was so rude. she kept making excusses in the voicemail and never apologized. this is the worst spa experience i have ever had and i do not see this business making their five year mark if they continue to do business this way. so ladies and gentelman take your money somewhere else this place will not appreciate it or you the customer. hope this was helpful, ahhh i feel alot better now.

I went thinking this would be more like a SPA experience then the typical nailery, but it wasnt. It was just like all the other places only they charge 3 times the price. Be careful when you read the menu, you'll find you are spending $100 when you thought you were only spending $50. I will not return to this place... I'll use the Nailery.

the first thing you heard was this was a high end Salon and the prices are high end but the first thing you see is "chop shop" people that can not speak english. I spent 20 minutes trying to explain something and he never did get it then when I saw him pull a instrument from the drawer he could not tell me if or how it was clean. He also looked like he had not showered in a couple of days. I do not recomend.... I found out on the internet that you can contract HIV, Hepititus, Staff infections and many more deseases

very disapointed just enter chop shops on google and see for yourself
