We purchased a new heating and cooling system from Corky in April for my mother's home. Josh, Drew, and Kyle hustled to install the system to ensure my mother had heat during the cold weather. Their service was excellent, as they were respectful of both my mother and her home. Jason did a superb job with the plumbing and even returned after the gas company finished to make sure the system was working properly. I can't say enough good things about the team.

I recently had a new AC/furnace unit installed. I would like to positively comment on both the selection and installation process.

First -- selection: John Hamilton was my comfort consultant. He was extremely patient with all my questions -- and I had a lot of them. I was indecisive on which models to select -- the more I learned, the more questions I had -- and I was literally emailing and texting John questions right until the day before the installation was scheduled. He could not have been kinder or more responsive -- and went above and beyond to ensure I felt ok/comfortable with my decision. It is much appreciated!

Second -- installation: Dustin and Elijah were my installers. Both were kind, courteous and thorough. And they were also patient with my questions! I thought they too went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. Dustin was very patient in reviewing all of the steps with me to ensure I understood the installation process before and after completion and how I needed to manage service going forward. He also helped me get the new fancy thermostat set up on wifi!

I literally had to leave to go out of town right after they left, which made me a little nervous.....but what a relief it was to return to my cool home after a 90 degree weekend! Thx for everything!

Quick, easy and professional. Kyle Colucci identified and explained his diagnostic in terms I could understand then proceeded to fix the problem quickly. He was in and out in less than an hour! The cost was a little more than I expected but have nothing to compare it. Worth not having water gushing onto my hardwood floors any longer! I also felt very safe and comfortable having the technicians in our home.

Kyle Colucci solved two of our problems.

First,he pinpointed our backed-up washer drain causing water to discharge behind the wall and trim onto the floor in our lower level family room. He cleared the drain that was clogged up stopping water to drain out onto the floor.

Second, he also inspected our main shut-off valve that was very corroded and rusted and the pressure release valve was failing and not operating properly. He replaced the shutoff valve and the pressure release valve.

Kyle prevented us from having a major plumbing problem and he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional in his service.

On May 31, 2016 one single root 3/4 inch diameter in main drain line could have been resolved with a $20.00 can of root dissolver. It cost me $7,926.83 when the supervisor for Bob Hamilton Plumbing noticed I had used Wells Fargo Home Financing after seeing my gutter covers. He called Wells Fargo to find my open credit on my account: $8000.00. The blank form he had me sign I thought was a work order. Wells Fargo called me 4 days later and informed me $7,926.83 had been charged to my account. The statute of limitation for contracts in Missouri is 3 days.

Jasen Hamilton came out today (no relation to Bob Hamilton - we asked!) We were really grateful for his patience while we asked questions in order to help us make some tough decisions. We ended up deciding to take on one thing on our own to save several hundred dollars that would then enable us to make a more important repair that we didn't have the ability to make. Jasen's patience with our questions was much appreciated. We feel a lot more confident about our decisions after talking through things. Jasen was gracious with our decision to take on a repair on our own in order to enable us to afford the other repair. He even reminded us that because we're service partners and he would be back to check things over each year, he could make sure the job we did looked like quality work and was safe on his next visit. It gave us some piece of mind and comfort with the decisions that would have been really stressful otherwise. On our next call to Bob Hamilton, we will definitely be requesting Jasen for plumbing!

The plumbing pro that came out on our routine service partner call was Jasen Hamilton. He was knowledgeable & down to earth. Though we had 3 major issues needing repaired asap, had significant lack of cash/credit. Jasen helped by answering ?'s about what each needed solution was supposed to solve. I knew we had really high pressure water coming into the house from city lines..understood it was damaging everything..faucet after faucet, back & front yard hose outlet, what used to be a nice rainhead showerhead - every seal had been pushed thru the rainhead openings, and now hot water heater was leaking...but didn't entirely understand what a pressure regulator valve (PRV) would do...how it gets installed...and thought surely once I could afford to install it, it would be a done deal & fixed forever. Learned that is mostly right but it as well is a valve & like all valves, can need replaced after many years. As a 2-time homeowner, understand routine maintenance but had not yet installed or replaced a PRV. Also, never installed or replaced a thermal expansion tank-but over past 2 years come to understand why those are now code. Now understand my hot water heater's pressure relief valve frequently needs replaced ($18.99 part) due to "check valves" the city has placed in the lines to automatically check usage & eliminate need to manually check. That generates additional pressure within the hot water heater & without thermal expansion tank in place it causes our pressure relief valve to be activated to release the pressure (sending water across the floor). Bottom line...several repairs needed but cashflow challenged. Jasen helped tremendously by offering many estimates for various options, was polite waiting for my decision making, and we know what fixing things will take. Will be calling back to schedule a couple different repairs over time as $ permits. After years as a $9.95/month service partner, think we've finally found our plumber.

After wasting a week and many hours of my time for another plumbing company, we decided to call Bob Hamilton Plumbing for a sewer smell we had coming from our basement. One of their problem solvers Micheal Allen came the very next day, he was on time and he was very friendly! He gave me an honest opinion about what needed to be fix and laid out all the prices before charging me anything. He walked me through the whole process of why it needed fixed, what they were fixing and what the solution looked like. Absolutely wonderful experience and I will be highly recommending them to others as well as using them many times in the future.

Greg Peterson inspected my basement drain and cleared out any blockage I had so that I won't have future flooding. He was very knowledgeable and quick and took the time to explain to me how the drain works and all potential options I had to fix other issues. He also explained to told me what to do, in case I want to take on other issues myself, so he was putting the customer before just profits.

My tech Mohamed was amazing. He came out to check a bad A/C unit and I got so much more from him than just a service call. He talked me through everything. Educated me on things I didn't know and took time with me. I am a busy professional with no understanding of A/C equipment and I am confident in his knowledge. He definitely didn't try to 'sell' me anything. He explained everything to the fullest so I could make my own informed decisions. I was so impressed with him, I asked him to make a note on my account that the next time I need service of any kind that I only wanted him. So much so, I'd even wait until he was available.
