Fine service and products and I love the 20% off coupon. They have 'complimentary gift wrap'. I asked for this for the wedding present I bought today. It was ludicrous. It was in a huge purple plastic bag that had been modified smaller by a LOT of clear packing tape---- tied shut with a purple bow on the top. When you picked it up from the bottom you could feel sticky packing tape and puckered plastic. It sagged around the box. What was extra disappointing was that within clear view was this beautiful silvery paper on a big roll that would have been beautiful and appropriate for a wedding present. After waiting for this present to be wrapped, I did not want to get back in line and wait again, so I just took it and left, to wrap it at home. Beware. Not worth the wait!!!
