We've been shopping for weeks for a bike, and have been to practically every bike shop in the area.

The level of service is far superior to any we've experienced. We could have purchased our bike from a number of stores for a similar price, but chose Mill Race Cyclery because of the exceptional help we received in our search.

My mother also had her bike assembled and serviced, even though she didn't purchase it there. She found the staff to be welcoming and helpful.
