Royal Limousine Of Oshkosh

I called today to finalize everything for my wedding that is 50 days away, and much to my surprise this business closed their doors on January 1st. Not only did I not receive a call to let me know this happened, I was told the owner would call me in one hour. After several hours of no contact I decided to drive to Oshkosh, and Go to extreme Clean,(their other business, both run from the same location) and the owner refused to talk to me. He didn't have the balls to tell me to my face where my deposit was or why I hadn't known three months ago that they had closed their doors. Instead he sent his young, (maybe 5) daughter out to fetch his assistant and told him that he couldn't find his check book so he would mail me a check tomorrow, refunding my deposit, After doing some research, I learned I am not alone. Many other couples have been struggling to find a limo, one of which has their wedding this weekend. This Place is a JOKE!!!! Poor customer service and all!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! Rick Christl is a FRAUD!!!!
