If I could rate them a zero, I would. Unfortunately, I have a credit at this place so I decided to use it yesterday at their Oshkosh location. I arrive at 4pm and when I try to open the door, it's locked! They even have a huge sign on their door that says they are open til 6pm. Several of their staff watched me try to open the door and refused to let me in. They just stared at me! Worst customer service ever. I will never be returning to this place. Plenty of other local jewlers can have my business.

Worst place to go ever. My ring broke within the first 2 weeks after being 2 weeks late. It broke IN HALF and wanted us to pay to get it fixed. After dealing with many different people I gave up. I wrote a respectful yet honest review which was deleted every time I put it up with a facebook message saying remove this post we don't like it. We now go to Jerad. BEST place every. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to waste money, time, and be very frustrated.
