Office Lounge & Grill

I went into this establishment two weeks ago and had potato soup and a chicken wrap that was very good! A little pricy BUT the amount of food that was given was a good amount so, no problem. Couldn't wait to return, I did last week. Got another soup and ordered the oriental salad. Salad was 9 dollars but a fair amount of food, also. Said on menu a sesame based oriental dressing--nothing about being spicy/hot. I ate aprox 1/16 of the salad--and my mouth was on fire. Talked to waitress, she said that next time I could order (as others did, she said) sauce on the side. I ordered another wrap and she asked if I wanted her to wrap the salad--I said no, I cant eat that. She charged me the full price of the salad stating that she "can't not charge you just because you don't like it". I'll never be back--they lost a lot of money from me as I go out to eat often. I come from a business owner family and that is very bad business practice. Food is good, but the attitude isn't...pretty good food, awesome soups, a bit pricy but business side of it stinks. I wasnt trying to get something for nothing--but I couldn't eat something so hot.....and their whole attitude changed...
