Village Carwash

Terrible car wash. Paid 12 bucks for the best they had and the wash didn’t even work. Pulled forward and wash never started, then the door just opened. Waste of money. Called the number listed on here and it says number is no longer available...

Twice in the past month the automatic carwash has failed on the rinse cycle, leaving soap all over my car. Both times, I called the number listed on the door and left a voicemail. Both calls were not returned and there is no other option to receive a credit or refund.



I ended up having to use one of self-serve bays to manually spray the soap off my car. This is a $2.00 minimum and very inconvenient.



Due to the inconsistencies in reliability of the automatic carwash and the lack of communication from the owner, I will not be a future customer.
