BEWARE! If you enjoy your privacy and want your deposit back at the end, do NOT sign a lease here. My apartment was so out of date and they refused to replace anything. The maintenance men and the staff in the office are VERY nosey and you dont have much privacy. If you have a pet or if you have an old unit, do NOT expect your deposit back ever, because they will find some "excuse" not to give you back your deposit so that they can pocket the money. I have dealt with wonderful apartment complexes prior to this and this place was a nightmare. The majority of people who live there are very old in age and you cannot have moped, motorcycle or anything like that. These people that run this place are crocks and frauds. Do not waste your money.
