        NEEDS HELP

        It is approximately 5:00PM on Saturday, August 09, 2008. I had recently (15min ago) visited this store. Upon coming home, I realized that some of my merchandise was left at the store. I thought that it would be easy to contact the store to let them know about it, especially since I was checked out at the service counter. I called the number off the receipt which is the same number listed on this website. The phone rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, and rang. This happened for about 6 minutes. To my surprise to what happened next. Someone picked up the phone and took it off the hook. I tried for another 15 minutes to contact the store as my roommate was already on his way to the store; however, no one answered. This is the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
