My family and I were in Orlando from out of town, and while parked in our hotel's parking lot for a whopping 3 hours, our rental car mysteriously got a lovely dent in the bumper. After having a lot of anxiety about what to do, we brought it here to see what could be done for it. We went right when they opened and were helped immediately. Within 15 minutes, the bump was almost completely gone. There were still some minor flaws, but nothing that the rental company even noticed. Best of all, there was no charge. My parents and I are very thankful they were able to restore the car to its (near) previous state so quickly and expertly. They are very skilled at what they do and definitely more than reasonably priced. They are very pleasant people who are just trying to help you out and not rip you off while doing so. It's too bad I don't live in Florida or I would definitely bring my car to them in the future.

I was so happy with this shop. Another shop told me I had a bent frame and the work would be super expensive. I took my car to willies and they saw it wasn't the case and would be a simple and cheap fix. They treated with me with respect. They didn't try to oversell me.



Best part is they buffed my headlights for free! Now my car looks brand new!

I have dealt with Ernie and Tony since I was 16 and I am now over 40. They are not only good at what they do, they typically beat anyones price and guarantee the work for as long as you own the vehicle. They used to be south of downtown Orlando but are now across from the Roxy on Park Lake Street near Baldwin Park. They work on all types of vehicles as well as commercial fleet cars and trucks. My car needed the bumper repaired and the front driver side radiator support pulled back into place. After bringing my car to two other places that tried to sell me things I didn't need, I accidentally found Willie's while driving by. I stopped in and got an estimate that was less than half the price of the one of the other shops, and almost a quarter of the price of the other. The turnaround time was also amazing and the work was perfect! He even fixed an old dent free of charge.



The best part for me was that Willie was honest and straightforward. I took a chance in not requesting the estimate in writing, but he remembered me and the price he quoted a week and a half later when I finally brought the car in. When I went to pick up the car, he told me that it wasn't as tough as he thought it would be and actually LOWERED the price he quoted. It was very refreshing after feeling like the other body shops had been trying to take advantage of me. He also takes pride in his work and guarantees it for life!



Yes, this is the same review I posted on google, but I had to get the word out about Willie's.

I brought my car to Willie's for repair and they made it look better than new. The are very good at what they do. Ernie is courteous, professional, and genuine good people. They did the repair in just a few days, great turn around time, simply a no worry situation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair service.

I've been to other shops in the past and it seems like their is always something not right when you go to pick up your vehicle or it's not ready when they said it would be, not at Willie's, NO EXCUSES just great service at a fair price. I just can't thank them enough for going above and beyond, Looks Great!!
