TUMI Outlet Store - Orlando Premium Outlets

Let me start off my saying I am appalled at the service Tumi has offered being in the caliber of business they are in, considering I paid over $600 (large suitcase, it's computer bag, and it's matching roll carry-on) for a set at their outlet.

"What does lifetime Warranty mean to YOU"?. Apparently not lifetime after I had spent $25 on shipping to get the handle on my Tumi carryon fixed, and eventually sent the suitcase back to me still frayed. I brought it to the Tumi store in Millennia Mall. A couple weeks later, I then got an email back from a lady named Norma who was quite rude in her questioning after speaking to her on the phone. She mentioned there is nothing that could be done to fix the suitcase and the suitcase was discontinued. She then proceeded to ask "Why did I wait soo long to get the suitcase fixed?" She then mentioned I damaged the suitcase by waiting too long.
Bad service, spent a lot of money, waste of time & my whole story can't even fit here.
