I was injured in a straight forward rear end collision. It took SEVEN long years to resolve my matter. Todd's staff refused to return my calls and refused to respond to emails. When I complained about the staff, I was promised a friends and family discount and that promise was not honored. The only way I could get information about my case was to have a friend of Todd's call and get information on my behalf. In addition, I repeatedly asked the firm not to mail material but rather email me the material to avoid incurring additional expenses. My requests were ignored.
