Employment Litigation
Marvin's work as a litigator covers a broad spectrum, ranging from cases involving contracts, construction, and labor/employment issues. One recent case, for example, involved the Fair Labor Standards Act, while another involved people having stock wrongfully canceled by a company. He has been admitted to the U. S. Supreme Court and to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

Premises Liability
Since joining the Unger Law Group in 2003, Mr. Tacktill's practice has included a broad spectrum of civil matters with an emphasis on construction defects, medical malpractice, nursing home and assisted living facilty litigation, products liability, and premises liability. He is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida. Mr. Tacktill is active in all phases of litigation, from the inception of cases through trial. He also has represented clients in the various state appellate courts, including oral argument in the district courts and the Supreme Court of Florida.

Marvin is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney who has more than 40 years of experience in commercial litigation, civil trial practice, personal injury and wrongful death. He is also a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Medical Malpractice
Daniel A. Tressler, II, after serving in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Mechanical Engineer from 1988 to 1991, attended the University of Florida, graduating with Highest Honors in 1996 with a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Tressler continued his education at the University of Florida College of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor degree with Honors in December 1998. During his tenure at UF College of Law, Mr. Tressler served on the Florida Honor Court as Chief Defense Counsel in 1997 and as Vice Chancellor in 1998. Among his many accomplishments while attending UF, Mr. Tressler was the Assistant Editor, Journal of Public Interest Environmental Conference, and served in 1997 as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Frederick Smith of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, Gainesville, Florida. In 1998, Mr. Tressler attended the Universite de Montpellier, in Montpellier, France. After graduating and receiving his Juris Doctorate degree, Mr. Tressler was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999. He joined the Unger Law Group, P.L. in February 2003 where he brought with him medical malpractice, nursing home, & premises liability defense experience gained as an Associate with the firm of Hannah, Estes & Ingram of Orlando, Florida from 1999 to February 2003.
