The worst experience ever. I call and never can get a quick update on my case. They tell you they will call you back and never do. Never been in this situation before but I must say this is by far the worst customer care I have had! I don't usually write reviews but this is ridiculous! I wonder if the attorneys even know how the clients are being treated by the rude staff.

First , you need to stop hiring young models and start thinking in hire professional and trained people. My experience at pendas was horrible: cases takes forever, they never return your calls when they promised, almost impossible to get an appointment, they didn't treat me as customer actually pandas look like my adversary, no manners there. Favorite word "unfortunately".
