Absolutely THE WORST "company"... Customer service is so incredibly rude. They charge ridiculous fees, and to start the service is a complete joke. They give you a five hour time frame and they don't even show up. Complete waste of time. Stay away!

Horrible service. Customer service is rude. Due to the fact that they are a monopoly in the area, they treat customers poorly. Several neighbors have had complaints as well. If there was any competition, they would not be in business because they have horrible customer service.

I would have to agree with the previous review. Their customer service representatives are very rude, and unwilling to help. They charge ridiculous fees and do a very bad job at actually trying to make the customer happy. Unbeatable service is completely inaccurate. Stay away at all costs.

This company is TERRIBLE for their customer service. Not only do they require you to pay a $3.00 to pay your bill online or over the phone, but their customer service is incredibly rude and not helpful. Then they do not follow thru with what they say they will do and then will charge you an additional amount in order to try and take care of everything. Avoid at all cost if at all possible!!!!
