Racist, rude, unprofessional

This taxi company is run by a one man band called Alex Smith. He is a nothing short of a crook.



Our story: we asked for a quote for a return journey (for an evening out and to be collected at 2.30am). He quoted 60-70$ return.

He collected us on time and took us to our location and asked for $45 (one way). We agreed to pay this and thought he would ask for the remaining amount on the return journey. We told him we'd be waiting at 2.30am for his collection.

By 2.45am, he did not arrive so we sent a text message. He replied saying that he had been 'stopped by the cops' and would take a while to get there. We replied saying we'd wait. We never heard from him again - he just abandoned us in downtown Orlando.



Stay clear of this cowboy. Unprofessional, overpriced and arrogant.

Great time with our guy. Knew where he was going, tried to help us out as far as where we could have fun and save a couple of bucks, was reasonably priced clean taxi van. Totally would use again. Whoever is complaining about them have you noticed that they never took them. They are going by talking on the phone & as you can see the people that are complaining never used the service so why would you waste the energy & time writing a review about a company that you never used, just call another one, AS FOR ME I WOULDN'T OR ME & MY WIFE WON'T USE ANYBODY BUT THESE GUYS, ESPECIALLY THIS GUY NAMED STEVE, FUNNY AS ANYTHING & I GUESS HIS BROTHER SCOTT PICKED US UP. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. see you next weekend!!

Whenever I called statewide a guy named alex picked up. He was quite ignorant. He does not need to have a business if he is going to talk to people like crap. I would not recommend this taxi service to anybody.

We called these guys, & the guy who answered was way cool. Was very honest & up front & said they could get someone out tgere but it would be about 25 min. We were gonna try a couple of other taxis they were gonna take longer, the guy who got us was Alex, way cool guy, told us outright what the nightlife looked like. & actually saved us a crap load of money & we had a great time. We were happy that he spoke english & knew where he was going.

This guy his name is alex I don't know bit he need to learn to treat the customer because I was calling to take my father to the doctor appointment a he tell whe don't take short runs and my father I was real sick and he tell me don't call back this company call a different one please if you need to go some place call another company don't wais your time with this guy

Was getting a ride to work at Disney & my car wouldn't start. Called these guys they were there in very good time, made it a point to keep me calm letting me know that they would not let be late & sure enough I got there with 15 min. To spare thank you so much would definitely do business again.

Asked for a ride from UCF, and got, "no we don't go there too many a**holes" and hung up on me. Thanks for assuming I'm an a**hole when I needed to go to the doctor

Couldn't of asked for better service. No bs given was brutally honest, which honestly that's way it should always be. There is no such thing as a cheap taxi ride, so if anybody reading this thinks that a cab ride is cheap in a place that is surrounded by a mouse a duck & a whale, then your an idiot, but these guys are definitely top notch & would use them in the future for my travels. Good luck in the future

WE GOT A TAXI WITH THIS COMPANY AT 5:00 AM ON THIS PAST MONDAY & THIS GUY ALEX CALLED US & LE.T US KNOW THAT HE WOULD BE THERE IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES & HE WAS, VERY UPFRONT HONEST & TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT THE DEAL WAS. HE WAS FUNNY AS HELL & NEVER MISSED A BEAT.IF YOU WANT A DESCENT TAXI COMPANY ALONG WITH A LITTLE FLAVOR CALL THESE GUYS THEY ARE AWSOME.

CAME DOWN HERE FROM TEXAS WITH THE BOYS FOR SPRING BREAK, & I GOTTA TELL YOU WE HAD THE MOST KICKA*** TIME WITH OUR TAXI DUDE ALEX. HE WAS FUNNY REALLY DONT CARE WHAT FOLKS THINK OF HIM BUT MAN WAS HE SURE FUNNY, HE COULD TELL SOME STORIES OF SOME THE PAST CUSTOMERS THAT MAKE YOU LAUGH SO HARD YOU WOULD START CRYING. HE WAS GOOD,FAST,RELIABLE. & HE MADE US LAUGH THE WHOLE WAY NO MATTER WHERE WE WOULD BE GOING. IT WAS TRULY A VACATION I WILL NEVER FORGET. NEXT TIME YOU NEED A TAXI ASK FOR ALEX HE KNOWS THIS TOWN & HE WILL SURE ENOUGH TAKE CARE OF YOU & CARE YOU THERE IN A JIFFY. YA,LL TAKE CARE & COME SEE US IN TEXAS!!!

This is one of the best Taxi to the airport experiances I have ever had. I had to leave the house at 4AM for an early fight.



I called the night before I spoke to Bryan and he took my address and reservation. Very polite and coureous. He showed up on time (a little early in fact) with a smile.



The Taxi (MiniVAN) was clean and well maintained.



Bryan turned off the radio when I got in the cab (YEA!) and did not talk on the phone or act distracted in any way - he drove and paid attention to his driving. In fact we had a nice time chatting on the way to the airport.



Nobody likes getting up at 3AM to catch a flight but it was a great start to a long day of travel to have a good taxi ride with no problems or hassles this early. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My family and I recently utilized StateWide Taxi's services during out trip to Orlando. Our first experience made me a little nervous being I am a single mom with two children. I felt right at home with them. The driver, Craig, made us laugh and we did not even realize how fast the time went from our hotel to our destination. The rates were reasonable and the service was impeccable. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for taxi service.
