After reading the negative and bitter diatribe regarding Attorney Roger Scott, I felt compelled to respond with a true and actual review of my own. Attorney Scott was to the point, letting you know how he could assist, with the nicest demeanor you could hope for. Just when you start to think maybe he is too nice of an individual, BAM!!! Displayed is the side that makes you grateful he is your attorney. It is that blended balance of aggressive action and caring attitude that sets him apart from any lawyer I have had previous interaction. Of course it is my sincerest desire to never have any negative legal association ever again. But if a problem arises, there really is only one person I will trust to go to. When trouble has arisen Roger and Cathy have always been my first phone call. We all have our reservations regarding attorneys; let's be honest, how many jokes are there about the differences of a lawyer and some other atrocious being/situation, and the lawyer usually fares the worst brunt of the joke, ie "What happens to a lawyer who jumps out of a plane at 35,000 feet without a parachute? Who cares?" Care. Attorney Scott was to the point, letting you know how he could assist, with the nicest demeanor you could hope for. Roger Scott is a strong subject matter expert and has been able to look at the core of the situation and beyond the drama of the day. He is knowledgeable about other Attorneys and Judges. Roger is also not afraid to give you the facts straight up even if it's not what you want to hear.
