I've had several jobs over the past few years and out of all those rapid staffing has been the best place to work so far. The weekly pay as opposed to bi-weekly has been a definite bonus when budgeting. Their staff is very helpful and most problems can be solved with a simple phone call. I have recently recieved a promotion to full time and I couldn't have done it without the help of rapid staffing. In just one year I have advanced my career, when before I was stuck working dead-end jobs. If any one is looking for a hiring agency rapid staffing is the place to go.

As a current employee of Rapid Staffing, I can honestly say that the positive flow of energy emanating from this company is due, in large part, to the owner's work ethic and enthusiasm. She is truly a wonderful person to work for and anyone who says negative things about the company or its employees probably did not live up to the standards that the owner has set forth. She expects all of her employees to be honest and professional and fulfill their obligations to their position. Employees at Rapid Staffing come in all sizes, shapes, ages and nationalities, but all have one thing in common..they are all dedicated to utilizing their strengths and education, and are motivated to perform to the best of their abilities.

Rapid Staffing is a wonderful place to work, the allegations are invalid. The operations manager is the most caring individual and is the best person I have worked for. When one of our temps that had been working for us for a long time had a heart attack she went the extra mile to make sure that he was ok and even sent him flowers to the hospital. All employees (staffed employees), Operations Manager and staff are US CITIZENS, all employees must have the right to work in the United States, to work with us and for us. WE follow government regulations. An EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER. If an employee qualifies, ALL are treated fair and equal as long as guidelines and policies are adhered to. Anyone should feel privileged to work with Rapid Staffing and the Operations Manager. Also, the remarks that people are not paid appropriately, that is not true either, Rapid Staffing pays each one of their employees the hours they worked, no exceptions, it would be against the law to not pay someone for the hours that they worked. Anyone that read the negative comments about this company take it with a grain of salt, the person who wrote the remarks is no longer employed and for good reason, they did not do the job that was required of them, read between the lines .
