        What an absolutely horrible experience we had. A pure nightmare. We purchased $7000 worth of granite and backsplash and everything seems fine... until something goes wrong... then these people run from you and want to do nothing with you. Granite they delivered was cracked, so we had to select another one. And then they delivered a wrong backsplash twice(!!!) And! "it's final sale" so they refused to exchange or reorder. First sample they showed was cream color and when they delivered I was shocked because it was rusty red and didn't go with our granite anymore. "Final sale and it's natural stone. one time can come cream another time red it's all final sale" - that's all we heard. So when we reordered a different color and paid for it again(!) we didn't purchased enough. When the time came to see how much more we needed we ordered more... and... this time it came with a different thickness. Exact same stone but 0.25" thicker. That was epic disaster since we already glued almost all of it to a wall, so much money waisted, just waisted because of horrible customer service. Stay away from them!
