        No Customer service

        Had A horrible experience with Hotel Plus.Their Web site totally misrepresented a hotel we booked. It was a very bad room. Unclean and filthy. I've been trying to get a refund for over a month. They will not even contact me to offer any help.

        Absolutely no concern for the customer. I would not ever use them again. Their are other options . Priceline is great, I've used them before with no Problems.
