Hidden River RV Park

My boyfriend and I recently relocated for work. We were considering an RV park closer to work but the owner, Don, offered a cheaper rate to gain our business. Later, he denied that agreement and the other owner, Al, said we had to pay $150 a week to stay and that included use of the public restroom/shower house. Ours is very small so the shower house is more comfortable. Yesterday the owner, Al, starting yelling at my boyfriend for using the public bathroom. He claimed ours didn't work. The owner was drunk so my boyfriend said we had a leak and walked away.Today, I went to pay rent and he was again drunk and started yelling that our toilet didn't work. I repeatedly invited for him to inspect it . I apologized for anything we did to upset him and tried to shake his hand to which he refused. I tried to pay the rent and he refused payment and said we have to be out tomorrow. I called the police and they said they have to evict us. There has been no previous incident so I'm very confused still. I was never given a copy of park rules but I don't think we've broken any. When I asked to see the rules he ordered me to get out. Other people in the park have dogs, even pits, and he said our dog is too big, even though he was in the truck the day we moved in and met them. He is ten years old and not aggressive and we bag his waste. I'm just very confused to what happened.
