Founded in 1990, Gary's Seafood Specialties is a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points certified privately owned wholesale seafood company. The company provides a range of fish, including sea, black and bluenose bass, sturgeon, cod, salmon, wild salmon, opah and John Dory. It offers a variety of groupers and snappers, as well as pompanos, wahoos, golden tiles, stone crabs, spiny lobsters, soft shell crabs and flounders. Gary's Seafood Specialties also provides mayhaw jelly and Tupelo honey, wild frog legs, sweet Zellwoon corn, and apple, peach, bing cherry and black raspberry ciders. The company is located in Orlando, Fla.
