        Hi my name is Mrs Burke, and the Sunday after thanksgiving I was in orlando, I stopped at the Wendys on Colonial when the van the we were in started making a funny noise, so we pulled over to see if we could find the problem causing the noise. My cousin was driving, and my 74 yr old mother, my daughter and two other younger cousins, in total it was five females, I got out and started to look under the van and to check the tires, we out of no where a firestone employee came out of firestone and asked if he could assist us. I told him that we were fine and continued to check the tires and found several lug nut loose. I tried to tighten them but the employee insisted that we let him help. we tightened them as best we could ,as we started to pull off we saw the employee " Lavor waving for us to come to the bay. He then took the air wrench and completely tightened all the lugs. This employee was a God send for us. We need more people like him. If you see "Lavor tell him, that he's great.
