I have used this company for about five years. I have always been impressed with the service and quality accommodations. Why pay for a hotel when you can rent a property with them? I continue to use this service and will do so in the future.

Whenever I've needed a Timeshare to rent in Florida over the past few years, I have found what I needed through Executive Housing Strategies. I found them through their postings online along with many other listings. Every time, it was EHS that came through with what I was looking for. They are easy to work with and do their best to find what the client is looking for. Not sure if it is okay to post names so I will just say that Samantha P. and Christiana have been great to work with. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

I have rented with this company on multiple occasions! They are always able to provide me with the cheapest rates in any area I am staying!

THEY ARE A SCAM! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. THEY WOULD'T GIVE ME ANYKIND OF REFUND. I EXPLAINED A COMPANY SOLD MY TIMESHARE IN 2 WEEKS AFTER I GOT TIRED OF DEALING WITH EXECUTIVE HOUSING STRATEGIES FOR OVER A YEAR. I EXPLAINED I WAS A DISABLED VETERAN GOING THROUGH TOUGH TIMES. EXCUTIVE HOUSING STRATEGIES DOESN'T CARE THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

I purchased with this company 2015. Haven't made any money off of my points yet. I thought it would benefit me. I'm thinking of finding an attorney or renting out my timeshare myself to get my money back. This company is a waste. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME RATE SHOULD BE A 0

Recived a "follow up" call from Jordad Lic#TP66005- telephone number 321 236 6800 - ext 122. Jordan's attitude is that of any "High Pressure" sales person, you present a objective and he immediatly overcomes your challange. Unfortunatly, when it comes to "closing" the sale he lacks the tact it takes to seal the deal. He attempted to prioritorize the issues in my life by telling me that addressing the timeshare needs to be done today, with no need to do any research on his company. He aslo attempted to use the "Big Discount" as a way to close. I informed him that I had only heard of his company 2 hours before his call and needed time to research and yet he still tried to get 600 bucks today informing me that I had 10 days to cancel, while reading that these people never answer their phones and others had to fight for their refunds (we called Sammy's extension after speaking with him and got voice mail). I would stear clear of this organization.

about renting my timeshare, and initially being very sceptical due to past experience in companies offering similar services and resulting in negative outcomes. To great relieve a really good friend of mine conducted business with the company and had a really lucrative return with her timeshare, I really look foward working with Executive Housing Strategies and their staff and finally making income on this property. I highly recommend them !

Disappointing is not the word. If I could give this business less than a 1, I would. I have not found them to be truthful. Read the reviews on the sites. They are so similar with their complaints. I don't think people from all over the country can make up similar complaints. Please do not invest with this company. RUN.

I have seen timeshare owners who are stuck with points or weeks they cannot use get rental offers from EHS. great service for those folks not using all their points or weeks to advertise and market their property to get rental offers.
