        Overall

        Shawn is top notch. He promised me he would be out the day he said he would be, and low and behold he kept his promise and showed up at 9:30 at night. The problem that was diagnosed previously turned out to be a different issue (easier for him to fix, and less expensive for me). He didn't up and over charge me for the previous issue and got the new issue fixed right there! Again, top notch service from a local company, definitely will be calling Shawn when my AC goes out again.
