Boston Market

I hate to write negative reviews but after tonight we are done with this location. Tonight as we are literally ordering our order from the drive thru a van pulled I'm in between us and the car in front of us to get to the window. The employees proceeded to help this customer and after 10 minutes of us waiting we called the store only to be put on hold twice and then no one ever came back to the line. When we finally got to the window 15 minutes after ordering our food we asked if the pot pies were done as we had been told it would be a 15 minute wait. The employee working the drive thru proceeded to give us horrible attitude, turned her back to us, and closed the window. Shortly later she came back and told us with an attitude once again it would be another 5 minute wait. After being treated like this we decided to leave and get dinner elsewhere. We went out of our way to go to this location and we will never be back! Customer service Is huge and if it had been our fault we would own it but this is on this store!
