        i needed a transportation and called the office but the girl hungs up on me when i ask i needed to ask about the services..poor customer service

        TOOK FROM AIRPORT TO WDW DRIVER TOOK LONG WAY AROUND AND CHARGED US ALMOST 95.00, WHEN WE TOOK A CAR BACK IT WAS ONLY 59.00 DRIVER SMELLED LIKE NO SHOWER EVER..

        This client has definitely mistaken us for Ace Metro Cab company operating in the Orlando area. We do not operate metered cabs. Hygiene is one of the most important aspects of our chauffeurs conduct. This is a case of mistaken identity. We apologize that you had to deal with this but we can assure you it wasn't with our company.
