Alex is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all my questions (had a bunch about how computers work) and helping me understand in addition to keeping it between my budget. I felt at ease with the purchase of a refurbished (which wasn’t my initial plan, thought new would be better) desktop. I consulted with other places and none of them gave me advice or direction on what would be best when purchasing a computer considering what my purpose for it was. He installed various apps per his recommendation and what I wanted as well as a upgraded video card and solid state drive and still running fast and strong 3 years later! Ty Alex! I can’t recommend him enough, 5 stars for sure, and if I ever have an issues with any of my electronics, I’ll come see Alex for sure.
