        My sign was destroyed in a sto...

        My sign was destroyed in a storm. I have been waiting for a quote for over 3 weeks. I need a new sign. Clients tell me they thought I had closed. I have called VB 4 times. The girls that answer the phone have No information, but rathe put you on hold forever, or dump you into v.m. VB did my original sign and it was great work. What happened since then? Another small business w/ a sour experience with VB told me that they only cater to large client orders and I will get no service. Indeed. When I called yesterday, I requested my artwork back so I could get a price elsewhere, and I was hung up on. If you are a small shop in need of signage, most definately look elsewhere. Great signage doesn't matter w/o any communication.
